You have a new timeline online that includes the Renaissance, the Reformation, AND the Age of Exploration, which we will be studying in the next unit. Take some time to read and review it. Observe the flow of Renaissance and then Reformation history, and then take a look at what events are occurring at the same time.

Current Event Quiz Option Next Week!

You will have two choices next week for your current events quiz. Option one is a a typical current events quiz where you can answer 7 questions for up to 14 points out of 10. Option two, however, will be to summarize THREE current events from the last week: one international, one national, and one local.

As regards option two, please do not use sports or entertainment news unless there is a clear political or economic angle on the story. For example, an article about hearing in Congress over baseball in steroids is okay. The Chargers' victory over the Eagles is not...
